Comprehensive physiotherapy

The definition according to the WHO:
An early, continuous and coordinated effort to involve handicapped people in daily life activities as fast and as much as possible, there are three components:
1.Therapeutic physiotherapy:
A set of early diagnostic and therapeutic proceedings to improve or stabilize the health condition, diagnostics and therapy of sanitary ambulances:
- specialist
- physiotherapist
- ergo therapist
- clinical psychologist
- clinical speech therapist.
2.social physiotherapy:
The action to achieve maximally possible self-sufficiency and therefore maximally possible grade of social integration, there is a wide range of the social problematic - e.g. financial contribution, personal assistance, assistance dogs and even early care
3.pedagogical physiotherapy:
A set of the specific pedagogical activities, which are aimed at personality progress and education of handicapped people to integrate them properly, special-pedagogical and psychological diagnostics and therapy within:
- Variety forms of the day stay (special schools, special nursery schools and normally schools)
- Special-pedagogical centre and pedagogical - psychological clinics.
The Europe Union appealed all member countries to see the comprehensive physiotherapy as a part of a state policy. There isn´t any sufficient legislative for the comprehensive physiotherapy in Czech Republic although there was already made a draft low.
